Who We Are

Born from a home Bible study and a small group of enthusiastic believers, Life Community Church began in 1997 with a vision to make a difference, and a commitment to the Scriptures, the family, and the community. With a blended-contemporary style of worship including practical and relevant Bible teaching, along with a casual and friendly atmosphere, Life Community Church has often been described as a “refreshingly different” church. Life Community Church is a vibrant and caring church family spanning all ages with children’s and youth programs and a heart to reach out to others, both at home and around the world.

What To Expect

When you arrive, you will find that parking is plentiful on our 10-acre campus. As you approach the building, you will meet friendly folks who will welcome you, hand you a program, a LifeSaver mint, and answer any questions you might have. They will be able to show you the restrooms, the children’s area, and assist you in any way. You will find that most folks are dressed comfortably, wearing anything from office casual to jeans, along with some jackets, ties, and dresses. We want you to be comfortable – to “come as you are”. Before going into the auditorium, you may want to enjoy a fresh cup of coffee. As you enter the auditorium, you may notice some announcements on the screen, musicians mingling on the platform, and folks chatting all around the room. You are welcome to sit anywhere you feel comfortable.

Our service begins with the Worship Team, which consists of several vocalists accompanied by various other instruments. You may recognize some familiar hymns and worship choruses, and may also learn some new ones. You will notice that Life Community Church is a happy church where we laugh together and enjoy our worship experience. There is always an upbeat and positive atmosphere. Pastor John is known for his expository preaching and teaching style. His message will always be Bible-based, and hopefully you will find it interesting, relevant, and thought provoking. At times you will laugh and at times you may feel a tugging at your heart. We hope you meet some new friends, enjoy the worship and teaching, and will return often.
